You will perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly to help the team meet production and quality goals. Youll work primarily onsite on 2nd shift with a MTh 3:30PM2:00AM schedule collaborating with technicians and supervisors to maintain safe efficient operations. Your work ensures components are assembled and tested to specification supporting downstream manufacturing and delivery.

• Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts or components per work instructions and procedures
• Review shop traveler/route cards or simple schematics to confirm correct sequence of operations
• Position very small parts using tweezers or fixtures under a binocular microscope and perform fine soldering and wire alignment
• Bond or seal parts with epoxies and use direct heating elements or ovens as required
• Conduct in-process testing and follow safety policies and procedures
• Maintain regular consistent and punctual attendance; work nights weekends variable schedules or additional hours as needed

• 12 years of relevant assembly or related experience
• Effective oral written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to identify issues and take corrective action
• Capacity and willingness to learn new tasks and processes
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training or apprenticeship experience a plus
• Good mechanical aptitude manual dexterity for small parts and ability to operate hand tools and light machinery
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules operating/manufacturing instructions policies and procedures
• Basic math skills and ability to problem-solve using existing procedures

• Adaptability and demonstrated willingness to learn new things

$13.13 - $16.42/hour
