We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify growth opportunities build strategic partnerships and drive revenue across target markets. The BDM will develop and execute sales strategies manage key accounts nurture client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives and expand market presence.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify qualify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting networking and market research.
Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through contract negotiation and deal closing.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations proposals and commercial terms to prospective clients.
Collaborate with marketing product and operations teams to align offerings with market needs and customer requirements.
Negotiate contracts and pricing structures ensuring profitable and sustainable agreements.
Track sales performance prepare forecasts and report on KPIs and market trends to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking functions to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing Finance or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (typically 3 years) in business development B2B sales or account management.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics to manage pipelines and forecast revenue.
Strong negotiation presentation and communication skills.
Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
Self-motivated results-oriented and able to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
