Behavioural Competencies :
- Strong expertise in Automation Development using Python;
- Experienced in any cloud
- Hands on experience in AZURE ARC
- Strong Linux hands on;
- Good to have some Kubernetes experienceStrong Programming skills in developing Cloud Automation;Understanding of AI agents and automation would be usefulGood to have some experience in the Ansible/Terraform
- Coordinate with key stakeholders
- Generate reports on availability feature updates and patches
- End User onboarding support
- Documentation in sharepoint and confluence
- Design and implement automation for cloud security toolsAutomate tools deployment scaling patching configuration and recovery processes which include the tools maintenanceBuild reusable Python-based automation modules & automation with cloud-native services and automated remediation and self-healing workflowsIntegrate automation with the security platform
- Complete necessary trainings as necessary when requiredMaintain the mandated security requirements and maintain confidentiality for the data & product architectureManage Jira/SNOW tickets for each activity under RUN/TRANSFORM/INNOVATE categoriesComplete the planned activities as per the agreed timelines and any delay is reported with the mitigation plan for executionPerformance maintenance activities such as upgrades/patching vulnerabilities remediation regularlyOutage support and troubleshooting during business hours but also support outside business hours in case of emergency supportMaintain availability of tools at 99.9%Follow change management for upgrade and maintenance
