Our client is seeking a Recruiter to managefull-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions across multiple locations within a multi-state operation. This role partners closely with hiring managers and plant leadership to support workforce planning develop proactive sourcing strategies and build strong candidate pipelines to meet operational hiring addition to recruiting responsibilities this position also provides support across general HR functions to ensure efficient and compliant HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly production skilled trades technical professional and leadership roles
Partner with leadership to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions
Source candidates through job boards social media referrals networking trade schools staffing agencies and community outreach
Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess qualifications and fit
Coordinate interviews background checks pre-employment screenings and offer processes
Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill turnover trends and pipeline activity
Support recruiting efforts across multiple facilities and states
Participate in job fairs hiring events and employer branding initiatives
Assist with onboarding employee relations compliance reporting and HR projects as needed
Maintain compliance with employment laws and HR policies
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred
3 years of recruiting experience preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments
Experience recruiting both hourly and salaried positions
Multi-site recruiting experience preferred
Experience with ATS and HRIS systems; ADP experience a plus
Strong interviewing communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
Knowledge of employment laws and compliance practices
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel periodically to multiple locations
