Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily store operations within the allocated region.
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and brand standards.
- Manage recruitment staff scheduling training and performance appraisals.
- Drive sales growth profitability and operational efficiency across stores.
- Monitor budgets stock control cash handling and cost management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Conduct regular store audits operational reviews and performance meetings.
- Manage supplier relationships and coordinate operational requirements.
- Drive product quality hygiene and food safety standards.
- Analyse operational reports and implement corrective actions where required.

Qualifications

- Understanding of labour relations and staff management practices.
- Food safety and hygiene knowledge advantageous.
