Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications using the Pega Platform
- Create and manage workflows case management and business rules
- Develop UI components activities data transforms and integrations
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
- Debug troubleshoot and optimize Pega applications
- Perform unit testing and support deployment activities
- Integrate Pega with external systems using APIs and web services
- Ensure application performance security and scalability
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC
- Experience with BPM and case management
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
- Knowledge of Java SQL and web technologies
- Experience with Pega rules flows activities and decisioning
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field
- Pega certifications such as:
- CSA (Certified System Architect)
- CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect)
- 8 years of experience in Pega development
