About the Role
Join one of the worlds most recognised travel platforms and be the voice that helps travellers sort things out fast and well. As a Customer Advisor on the project youll handle inbound queries from Croatian-speaking customers troubleshoot issues and make sure every interaction is logged resolved and actually helpful.
This is a role for someone whos a natural problem-solver communicates clearly and doesnt panic when the queue gets long.
What Youll Be Doing
Handling inbound calls and emails from Croatian-speaking customers
Logging all interactions accurately in the customer service database
Resolving complaints and escalating when needed following company policy
Troubleshooting customer issues using internal tools and support documentation
Meeting SLA targets consistently
Flagging patterns and offering recommendations on recurring issues
What Were Looking For
Fluent Croatian (C2) non-negotiable
English
High School Diploma minimum
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced structured environment
