Customer Advisor – Dutch Speaking

Location: Athens Greece Remote from Greece only

About the Role

On behalf of a leading international BPO based in Athens we are looking for Dutch -speaking Customer Advisors to handle inbound customer interactions via phone email and chat. Both on-site and remote options are available depending on your profile.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in Dutch across phone email and chat
• Resolve issues efficiently and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Log interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Meet agreed KPIs (CSAT response time resolution rate)

Your Profile

• Dutch C1/C2 native or near-native mandatory
• English B2 minimum
• For remote: stable connection and quiet working space
