Production Planning and Scheduling Manager

• Own and drive the master production schedule across departments
• Balance demand vs. capacity in a high-mix fast-paced environment
• Lead production planning and purchasing teams to ensure alignment and execution
• Optimize schedules based on material labor and machine availability
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in throughput and on-time delivery
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations Sales Quality and Sourcing
• Support quoting efforts with production timing and feasibility input
• Monitor key metrics: schedule attainment backlog and production efficiency

• 5 years in production planning/scheduling in a manufacturing environment
• 3 years of leadership experience
• Strong background in ERP/MRP systems and data integrity
• Experience in high-mix low-volume manufacturing (job shop preferred)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / AS9100 environments
• Ability to read prints and understand manufacturing workflows
• Proven ability to solve problems manage priorities and lead teams
