Requirements:
5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment covering the full recruitment lifecycle
Strong sourcing & research skills using platforms such as LinkedIn GitHub Behance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive mature and collaborative mindset
High attention to detail strong multitasking ability and flexibility in fast-changing environments
Demonstrated success in closing technical roles
Experience hiring for management and design positions is a strong advantage
English proficiency at B1 level or above
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles including screening interviews and offer stages
Drive and optimize strategic recruiting initiatives
Proactively source candidates through multiple channels and build strong talent pipelines
Develop long-term win-win relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely clear feedback between all stakeholders
Contribute to recruitment planning and support company growth initiatives
