Shipping-Receiving 1 (Forklift Experience Required)

The Southwest Service Center (an ASSA ABLOY company) is a manufacturer of steel doors and frames for the commercial and industrial markets. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving I team member to support daily warehouse this entry-level role youll help ensure products are received processed and shipped accurately while contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

What Youll Do

• Load unload and move products using forklifts pallet jacks and other equipment
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Pick pack and label orders according to customer specifications
• Maintain accurate shipping receiving and inventory records
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
• Perform basic equipment checks and report any safety concerns
• Keep the warehouse clean organized and compliant with safety standards
• Follow all PPE and safety protocols
• Support general warehouse and logistics tasks as needed
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

High School Diploma or GED
1 year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
Familiarity with shipping/receiving and inventory processes
Ability to operate (or learn) forklifts and material handling equipment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic math and counting skills
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and grow

Work Environment

This role is based in a warehouse setting with active equipment varying temperatures and physical activity including standing walking and lifting throughout the shift.
The noise level in the facility environment is usually moderate.

Pay: $23.15/hour
