Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior AI Scientist to lead handson development of graph foundation models and knowledgedriven AI systems for regulated life sciences and healthcare workflows.
This role sits at the intersection of cuttingedge AI research biomedical domain expertise and realworld production impact.
What Youll Work On
- Largescale biological and clinical knowledge graphs
- Graph foundation models and largescale graph representation learning
- Multimodal graph learning across:
- Text
- Structured data
- Clinical data
- Biomedical signals
- Agentic AI systems grounded in structured scientific and biomedical knowledge
- Translating research innovations into productiongrade compliant AI systems
- Deploying AI solutions used in real regulated workflows
Key Responsibilities
- Design train and deploy graph representation learning models and foundation models
- Build and evolve knowledge graphs including:
- Graph construction
- Embeddings
- Reasoning and inference
- Apply AI and graph learning techniques to biomedical and clinical data such as:
- Ontologies
- Biological pathways
- Clinical trial data
- Scientific and regulatory documents
- Partner closely with engineering and product teams to operationalize research
- Drive technical direction architectural decisions and mentor other scientists
Required Qualifications
- Deep handson experience with:
- Graph foundation models or
- Largescale graph learning
- Strong expertise in knowledge graphs including:
- Construction
- Embeddings
- Reasoning
- Inference
- Solid biomedical / lifesciences background such as:
- Biology
- Bioinformatics
- Clinical or healthcare data
- Proven track record of taking research from concept to production
- Strong programming skills especially Python
- Experience with ML and graph frameworks
Nice to Have
- Experience with multimodal learning or agentic AI systems
- Familiarity with regulated or compliant environments (healthcare life sciences)
- Publications or applied research in:
- Graph machine learning
- Knowledge graphs
- Biomedical AI
- Experience with LLM posttraining is a strong plus

The potential base pay range for this role when annualized is $108000.00 - $270000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Required Experience:
