Job Summary
PAY RANGE: $25 - $30 SHIFT: 1st Mon Fri 8:00 am 5:00 pm TYPE: Onsite
SEE WHAT WE DO: SUMMARY
The Quality Administrator is responsible for creating maintaining and submitting quality documentation to customers while supporting internal quality processes including RMAs certifications and reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and submit customer documentation (FAIs certs reports)
- Collect and manage supplier certifications (material plating hardware)
- Process RMAs and support NCR documentation
- Generate inspection reports and Certificates of Conformance
- Support quality checks and ensure documentation accuracy
- Maintain organized digital records and files
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years of manufacturing or related experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with GD&T or print reading (Preferred)
