Position Overview: Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking CNA for an exciting Travel or Local job inSteamboat Springs CO.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications per Colorado QMAP regulations
Assist patients with ADLs (bathing grooming dressing mobility)
Monitor record and report changes in patient condition
Perform vital signs and basic clinical support tasks
Maintain accurate documentation of care and medication administration
Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams on care plans
Ensure patient safety dignity and comfort
Maintain clean and safe patient environment
Follow infection control and facility safety protocols
Respond to patient needs and emergencies promptly
Requirements:
Active Colorado QMAP certification required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to safely administer medications
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work variable night shifts
Ability to work independently in clinical settings
