Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Lexington Medical Surgical & Telemetry (Unit A)
Unit A is a 45-bed Medical-Surgical and Telemetry unit providing comprehensive care for adult patients with diverse medical and surgical needs including those requiring continuous cardiac monitoring.

Were Looking For
Graduate of a Board of Nursingapproved nursing program
Active unrestricted RN license (multi-state compact and/or state-specific as applicable)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience
Strong clinical judgment communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
What Youll Do
Deliver safe patient-centered care using the nursing process clinical judgment and evidence-based practicemonitoring patient conditions administering treatments and adapting care to support optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomespromoting safety maintaining accurate documentation supporting communication and delegation and engaging in ongoing professional development.
