Job Summary

Our team provides qualified Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis across a broad range of industries. GHJs relationship with our Global Advisory and Accounting Network provides the resources needed to better understand clients needs attract a higher caliber of candidates and assess candidate potential.

A growing industrial services company is seeking Inside Sales Account Managers to join its high-volume sales team. This role focuses on managing existing leads building client relationships and driving revenue through outbound sales efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Make 85100 outbound calls daily to engage prospects and existing clients
Build and maintain relationships to drive repeat and new business
Manage and grow assigned accounts through upselling and cross-selling
Provide quotes and follow up to close sales opportunities
Re-engage inactive accounts and recover lost business
Partner with distributors and clients to expand sales pipeline
Track activity and manage accounts using CRM systems

Qualifications

3 years of inside B2B sales experience
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar preferred)
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed

$20 - $30 an hour

Compensation: Base Uncapped Commission
