Your work profile
GBS Strategy & Business Case Development
GBS Strategy & Operating Model Design
- Support and co-lead GBS strategy and business case development
- Develop detailed value cases covering cost productivity talent and scalability
- Support location assessments workforce planning and feasibility analysis
Target Operating Model & Transition Delivery
- Design key components of GBS Target Operating Models (governance service scope sourcing)
- Lead transition workstreams across Finance HR Procurement IT Analytics and Digital
- Manage knowledge transfer stabilization and service performance tracking
Digital & Analytics Enablement
- Apply analytics process mining and automation concepts within GBS and Outsourcing programs
- Work with digital and AI teams to embed technology into delivery models
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Manage client stakeholders at senior manager / director level
- Lead and drive Steering Comittee and Governance meetings.
- Lead project teams (515 members) ensuring quality timelines and outcomes
- Coordinate with Deloitte teams across functions and geographies
Practice Development
- Contribute to RFPs solutioning and proposal development
- Support IP creation thought leadership and capability building
Note : This role involves extensive domestic and international travel.
