Job Summary

Domestic Considerations: RSDs: 27 days with possibility of further being available. Evening and weekend work may be required.

1. Command Tp/Pl as per Units objectives/ mission.
2. Responsible for day to day management of personnel in camp and when deployed.
3. Supervise and advise SNCOs and JNCOs in all aspects of professional and personal development.
4. Career management of all personnel under their command.
5. Monitor all aspects of administration and recommend disciplinary welfare or remedial action to OC
6. Responsible for health safety and welfare of all personnel under command.
7. Take up a secondary role within Sports AT the Mess or other extra-curricular activity
