Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of ecommerce brands/clients ensuring achievement of revenue GMV and profitability targets.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including brand principals and marketplace partners.
- Drive sales performance through strategic planning campaign execution assortment optimization and promotional initiatives.
- Monitor business performance identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable improvements based on data analysis.
- Prepare and present regular business reviews performance reports and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Operations Marketing Supply Chain Finance and Customer Service) to ensure seamless execution and target achievement.
- Proactively identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and business results.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelors Degree from a reputable university.
- 2-3 years of experience in Ecommerce Marketplace Management Key Account Management or related commercial roles.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and operational execution skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities with experience managing multiple clients or brands.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment and handling multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with major marketplaces (Shopee Tokopedia TikTok Shop Lazada etc.) is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal is a plus.
