Job Summary
- Lead mentor and supervise the content creation team ensuring high standards of creativity and quality.
- Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with clients marketing objectives.
- Oversee the production of content for social media websites blogs email campaigns and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative design and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice and style.
- Assign tasks review outputs and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in content marketing social media and digital storytelling.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Analyze content performance and prepare reports to measure effectiveness and ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Media Communications or a related field.
- 4 years of proven experience in content creation with at least 1 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience creating and managing content for the GCC markets.
- Strong writing editing and storytelling skills in both Arabic and English.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms content trends and audience engagement techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent leadership communication and team management skills.
- Creativity adaptability and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in working with marketing agencies.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics tools.
