Government Special Access Programme Security Officer
Unit Role: The primary role of the Government Special Access Programme (SAP) Security team is to manage the Security requirements to protect the confidentiality integrity and availability of SAP information whilst being processed transported or stored on-board. | |
Position Role: The GSSO(M) heads the SAP Security Sub department and is responsible for implementation of the SAP Risk Management Framework on-board to safeguard the nations most sensitive programmes and capabilities. Responsible to the UK-Country Security Manager (UKCSM) RN-Special Capabilities; accountable to MOD SAPCO and international partners in assuring maintenance and protection of SAP information. | |
