- Read scope execute cleanly and move efficiently

- Maintain a clean professional jobsite
- Use power tools safely effectively and daily
- 5 years professional carpentry experience
- Strong drywall repair and finishing background required
- Experience with basic plumbing repairs highly preferred
- Restoration / reconstruction experience is a major plus
- Valid drivers license and clean DMV record
- Own basic tools (company provides vehicle and heavy equipment)
- Professional communication skills with customers and teammates
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve on the fly
- High integrity and strong work ethic
