Job Summary

Job Purpose

Ekaayan O2C module custom component for ERP-EBS.
Ekaayan O2C module adoption & utilization drive across Hindalco.
Gathering businesss requirement analysing standardising processes and or solutions across plants/businesses discussing with Ekaayan O2C IT team for solution development proposing logic developing plan testing & implementation of solution in collaboration with other team members as per the standard norms.
Co-ordination with Ekaayan IT team & maintenance partner (LTI) in resolving incidents & service requests raised in HSD across Hindalco as per SLA.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities	Supporting Actions
Application Development	Requirement Gathering Writing application code as per functionalities mentioned in the software design document. Standardization (as applicable)
Unit Testing	Writing test cases and test data as per the CSD. Testing (Unit testing) with Ekaayan O2C track team.
Implementation	UAT (User Acceptance Test) with businesss key users Train the Trainers & End User Training Roll out with help of Ekaayan team Implementation of solution to other locations.
Ongoing Application Support through HSD	Providing Support in day-to-day raised Incidents & Service Requests Coordination with business as well as Ekaayan team & LTI for proper testing of software components & closer of tickets as per SLA
Documentation	Conduct the internal audits for different sections of IT as per ISO standard. Preparing ISO related documents for Audit purpose
