Job Summary
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations including CLRA BOCW Minimum Wages Act ESI PF and Shops & Establishment Act.
- Monitor and maintain statutory records registers licenses renewals and contractor compliance documentation for all project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely submission of PF ESI labour license wage registers and other statutory documents.
- Conduct periodic compliance audits and site inspections to identify gaps and ensure 100% adherence to statutory requirements and company policies.
- Liaise with government authorities labour departments and regulatory bodies for inspections approvals registrations and statutory submission
- Admin activities - employee welfare hotel mgmt guest cordination billing petty cash
