As a Lead Technical Product Manager you will oversee the strategy and delivery of data and AI products. These products help with planning sourcing and delivery in our global operations. You will partner with experts across manufacturing supply chain and technology to shape a product portfolio that boosts reliability speed and agility while introducing GenAI capabilities that elevate decision-making and productivity.

This is a hands-on leadership role that blends product thinking with technical depth. You will translate business objectives by developing technical plans define scalable solution architectures govern engineering delivery and lead multi-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. Your work will help the organization improve service levels reduce operational risk increase supply chain transparency and ultimately accelerate the delivery of life-changing pharmaceutical products to patients.

• Accountabilities Product Strategy and Alignment: Lead the development of technical products aligned with business goals focusing on high-value supply chain outcomes and measurable impact.
• Solution Architecture Leadership: Define and govern end-to-end solution architecture for Data Analytics AI and Digital Supply Chain products ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.
• Data AI & Innovation Enablement: Drive the adoption of Data Analytics AI and Generative AI capabilities to enhance supply chain visibility decision-making and operational efficiency. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies accelerating innovation through practical and scalable implementations
• Technical Delivery & Execution: Lead multi-functional delivery teams across Data Engineering Knowledge Graph Application Development Analytics and AI workstreams. Ensure successful execution through effective planning dependency management governance and delivery excellence.
• Stake-holder & Vendor Leadership: Partner with business stake-holders enterprise architects product teams and external vendors to align priorities manage risks and drive successful outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership across delivery partners while ensuring consistency to architecture quality and operational standards.
• Roadmap Decomposition: Break down feature epics into technical tasks manage dependencies across teams and remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum. Resource Optimization: Optimize resource allocation through data-driven prioritization balancing short-term wins with long-term platform health.
• Scaling Governance & Continuous Improvement: Establish operating models governance frameworks and reusable technology patterns that enable the long-term balanced growth of supply chain digital solutions. Drive continuous improvement through engineering excellence data quality observability and platform optimization.
• Essential Skills / Experience
• Experience delivering large-scale Digital products in Supply Chain Manufacturing Logistics Operations or related domains. Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs involving multiple multi-functional teams and vendor partners.
• Strong Solution Architecture experience including defining scalable application integration and data architectures aligned to enterprise standards. Hands-on experience with modern cloud-based Data Platforms and Data Engineering solutions including data ingestion transformation orchestration and serving patterns.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale cloud ecosystems (AWS Azure or equivalent) and cloud-native architecture principles. Experience designing and implementing Enterprise Knowledge Graph solutions including graph data modelling and platforms such as Neo4j.
• Experience with modern Data Warehousing solutions including Snowflake or similar cloud-based technologies. Solid understanding of API-led integration application architecture and modern web application delivery including front-end frameworks (ex:) and back-end/API technologies(ex: FastAPI).
• Demonstrable ability to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and generate tangible business impact comes. Strong stake-holder management communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage business architecture engineering and vendor teams.
• Experience working within Agile product delivery environments. Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Engineering Data Analytics or a related subject area with equivalent experience also considered.
• Desirable Skills / Experience
• Experience within Pharmaceutical Life Sciences Healthcare or other regulated industries.
• Experience with Analytics Business Intelligence Data Visualization and Decision Support solutions.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Analytics use cases.
• Exposure to Generative AI Conversational AI Agentic AI or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience developing digital twin or control tower solutions for supply chain management. Experience establishing engineering governance architecture review processes and technology standards.
• Masters Degree MBA or other sophisticated qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant team.
