Hiring: Custom Software Engineer / Application Lead Workday
Location: Bengaluru

Role: Application Lead / Workday Integration Specialist
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in Workday integrations to lead the design development configuration and delivery of enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design build and configuration of applications
Act as the primary technical point of contact
Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders
Make technical decisions and provide solutions across teams
Guide and manage team members
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions
Troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure application quality
Align applications with business and technical requirements
Requirements
Must-Have Skills:
5 years of experience in Workday Adaptive Integrations
Strong hands-on experience with Workday integrations
Knowledge of integration tools and methodologies
Strong understanding of application design principles
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Experience working in Agile development environments
Strong team leadership and stakeholder-management skills
Required Skills:
Must-Have Skills: 5 years of experience in Workday Adaptive Integrations Strong hands-on experience with Workday integrations Knowledge of integration tools and methodologies Strong understanding of application design principles Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Experience working in Agile development environments Strong team leadership and stakeholder-management skills
Required Education:
