Findsolutionsforcustomerservicechallengeswith/withoutusingAI/NLPtechnologiesandprovideideas/enhancementstoNeuron7coreproductteam
Developlong-termrelationshipswithcustomerleadershipkeystakeholderstoensurecontractsarerenewedandabletoupsell/cross-sellofNeuron7productsincollaborationwithsalesteams
LearnthenewAI/NLPproducts/featuresastheyarereleasedandshowcasedemostocustomers
Developtemplates/modelsandtrainnewcustomersuccessteammembersasneeded
Qualifications:
ProvenCSMexperiencewithSaaSproductcompaniespreferablyinAIspace.
5to8yearsexperienceinhandlingmidtolargeenterpriselevelintegratedprogramscollaborationwithmultipleteamsetc.
Data-driventotrackmetricsbuildcredibilitywithinternalandcustomersleadershipteams.
Experiencemanaging/trackingdeadlineswithhighlyenergeticgloballydistributedteams.
