Technical Assistant to Head Mining Services

Role Purpose:

To assist the Head Mining Services in planning coordination data analysis and monitoring of mining operations and technical functions and to ensure seamless execution of projects reporting and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support:
   • Assist in reviewing and analysing technical reports mine plans and production data.
   • Prepare presentations technical summaries and dashboards for internal and external reviews.
2. Project Monitoring:
   • Track progress of key mining projects and activities as per timelines.
   • Coordinate with different functional heads for timely data submission and updates.
3. MIS & Documentation:
   • Maintain up-to-date records documentation and reports for statutory and management reviews.
   • Prepare monthly quarterly and annual reports as required.
4. Communication & Coordination:
   • Act as a liaison between the Head of Mining Services and other departments.
   • Organize and schedule internal/external meetings site visits and review sessions.
5. Compliance & Safety:
   • Support in tracking statutory compliances
   • Coordinate implementation and documentation of health safety and environmental standards.
6. Continuous Improvement:
   • Assist in identifying operational inefficiencies and support in implementing best practices.
   • Follow up on actions from review meetings and drive closure.

Other Specifications

Educational Qualification:

• B.E./ CA/ICWA

Experience:

• 37 years of post qualification industry experience
• Exposure to mining industry/ operations is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skillswith good MS Office/Project knowledge
