Job Summary
Job Purpose Description
To operate set up and maintain Horizontal Machining Centre (HMC) machines to manufacture dies components and precision parts as per drawings quality standards and production targets while ensuring safety and machine care.
1. Ensure Zero Fatal accidents in the work area.
2. Accident Frequency Rate < 0.25 Accident Severity rate <100
3. Near miss and abnormality identification and do corrective actions within 7 days.
4. Ensure 100% adherence to safety training to new employees before assigning responsibilities
5. Ensure 100% investigation of incidents / near miss within 48 hours in the unit
6. Ensure that identified risks are reviewed on a monthly basis.
