Job Summary
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Possess knowledge of Procurement Operations
- Familiarity with SAP/ARIBA is an added advantage
- Understand workflow exceptions and deviations
- Ability to adapt to diverse work instructions and frequent changes in workflow
- Manage tasks within agreed TAT and Quality %
- Communicate with client teams via chat and calls as needed
- Take action as a subject matter expert in case of unforeseen risks
- Have 1-3 years of prior experience in a similar domain
- Flexibility to work in a 24*7 environment with 2 rotational week offs
- MS Office (Excel) knowledge is preferred
- Relevant experience in Procurement
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts including night shifts and on 3rd-party payroll
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Key skills required: Procurement operation Procure to pay SCM
Required Skills:
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Knowledge of either Order Management or Supply Chain is desired - Knowledge of SAP will be added advantage - Good understanding of workflow / exceptions & deviations - Should be able to follow diverse work instructions & - Ability to adopt frequent changes in work flow - Managing task within the agreed TAT & Quality % - Communicate client team over chat & calls at situations - Able to take action in case of unforeseen risks as an SME - Prior experience for 0-1 years in the similar domain - Flexibility to work in 24*7 environment 2 rotational week off - Saturday Sunday will not be a fixed off - MS office (EXCEL) knowledge will be preferred
Required Education:
Any background with 2 or more then years of Sales Experience
