Job Summary
Mechanical Design & Stress Analysis: Perform mechanical design and stress analysis for pressure vessels columns and heat exchangers ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards. Standards & Codes Compliance: Ensure designs and engineering processes are in line with ASME Sec VIII Div 1 & 2 TEMA and API 650 codes and standards. Design Optimization & Stress Analysis: Apply your deep knowledge of design optimization material selection and stress analysis to enhance the performance and safety of static equipment. Design & Fabrication of Static Equipment: Design static equipment including storage tanks pressure vessels and heat exchangers based on industry-standard specifications (ASME API TEMA). Review & Approval of Drawings: Review and approve fabrication drawings to ensure accuracy and strict adherence to codes and safety standards. Documentation & Client Approvals: Prepare detailed design documentation and provide technical support for client approvals.
Required Skills:
