Job Summary

DevOps SRE

Strong working knowledge in DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins) Git Bitbucket XLR
Must have Linux skills (proper hands-on of using commands and scripting) as most of the applications runs on file system.
Above average SQL skills. Should be able to write basic queries using SQLs using joins sub-queries DMLs and DDLs.
Monitoring tools knowledge and experience in Splunk Dynatrace or any tools
Must have PROD Support experience (aware of ITSM Process and tools) Workorder/Incident/Change/Problem
Good and confident communication skills; Positive learning attitude
Should take up CRQ Incidents and problem ticket ownership and drive issues to.
