Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform Functional Regression Smoke Sanity Exploratory Integration and User Acceptance Testing.
• Validate web applications across multiple environments including Development UAT Preview Temporary Production and Production.
• Execute GTM (Google Tag Manager) and SEO testing for digital and healthcare web applications.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing using BrowserStack on iOS and Android platforms.
• Identify document track and verify defects using Jira and Redmine.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Developers Business Analysts Product Owners and Stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Standups Retrospectives and Reviews.
• Prepare test execution reports defect reports and quality metrics.
• Support application migration testing and release validation activities.
• Create and maintain test data for end-to-end testing activities.
• Mentor junior testers and provide floor support on testing strategies and best practices.
• Contribute to process improvements through Kaizen initiatives and SOP creation.
