About the Role
- Partner with enterprise customers to understand business challenges and identify AI transformation opportunities.
- Design end-to-end Agentic AI solutions using modern multi-agent architectures.
- Lead solution discovery workshops and define enterprise AI roadmaps.
- Architect scalable AI workflows that integrate with enterprise systems APIs and business processes.
- Deploy production-ready AI applications while ensuring security governance scalability and reliability.
- Guide customers through implementation adoption and long-term success.
- Collaborate closely with Product Engineering and Customer Success teams to influence product evolution.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on enterprise AI strategy and best practices.
Essential Qualifications
- 10yearsofoverallexperienceinSolutionArchitectureEnterpriseArchitecturePlatformEngineeringorTechnologyConsulting.
- Provenexperiencedelivering0-to-1productsplatformsorAI-poweredsolutionsinenterpriseenvironments.
- 5yearsofhands-onexperienceimplementingAI/MLGenerativeAIorAgenticAIsolutionsinproduction.
- ExperiencedesigninganddeployingMulti-AgentSystemsAIworkflowsandenterpriseAIapplications.
- StrongbackgroundinenterpriseintegrationsAPIsdataarchitectureandworkfloworchestration.
- Experienceworkingdirectlywithcustomersleadingdiscoveryworkshopssolutiondesignimplementationandadoptioninitiatives.
- ExposuretoframeworkssuchasLangGraphCrewAIAutoGenSemanticKernelAgentforceOpenAIAgentsSDKorsimilarplatforms.
- UnderstandingofMCPA2AprotocolsAIgovernanceguardrailsandresponsibleAIpractices.
