Role: Software Engineer III - Python
Role Overview:
Were looking for motivated engineers to join our team to support ongoing development operational stability and scalability of our Python-based microservices. This is an ideal opportunity to gain hands-on experience in modern GenAI and AI services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Python microservices powering GenAI and AI workflows.
- Participate in the end-to-end release cycle including code integration testing and deployment.
- Monitor and support production systems ensuring high availability and performance.
- Assist in triaging and resolving technical issues including debugging and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate in capacity planning efforts to ensure services can scale reliably.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure service quality and uptime.
Required Qualifications:
- 6-9 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with microservice architecture.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and CI/CD workflows.
- Understanding of observability tools (e.g. Prometheus Grafana Splunk New Relic or similar).
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to GenAI or AI/ML infrastructure.
- Experience in handling production systems and on-call rotations.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS or Azure).
