We are seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Product Manager to define prioritize and drive the strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow platform across the organization. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders IT teams architects and platform owners to maximize business value improve user experiences and ensure alignment between organizational objectives and ServiceNow capabilities.
The ServiceNow Product Manager will own the platform vision manage the product backlog prioritize enhancements and lead the delivery of ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise service management and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and maintain the ServiceNow product vision strategy and multi-year roadmap. Align ServiceNow capabilities with business goals and digital transformation initiatives. Identify opportunities to optimize processes automate workflows and improve user experiences. Evaluate new ServiceNow features and releases to drive platform innovation. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business leaders process owners and technical teams to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives. Serve as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow platform-related business needs. Facilitate stakeholder workshops governance meetings and roadmap reviews. Communicate product strategy priorities and delivery status to executive leadership.
Product Backlog Management
Own and prioritize the ServiceNow product backlog based on business value risk and strategic objectives. Define user stories acceptance criteria and business requirements. Partner with development and platform teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood. Balance competing priorities across multiple ServiceNow modules and business functions.
Platform Governance & Optimization
Establish platform governance standards and best practices.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture security compliance and operational requirements. Monitor platform performance adoption and user satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement and platform optimization initiatives.
Delivery & Release Management
Work closely with Agile teams to plan and execute releases. Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming and product reviews. Validate delivered functionality against business requirements. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
Value Realization & Reporting
Define and track KPIs to measure product success and business outcomes. Analyze platform usage adoption metrics and operational improvements. Develop business cases and ROI analyses for new investments. Present product performance and roadmap progress to leadership.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration Computer Science or a related field. 5-10 years of product management business analysis or ServiceNow platform experience. 3 years of experience managing ServiceNow products modules or platform capabilities. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities. Experience with Agile product management methodologies. Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business and technology organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Product Management certification. Experience with enterprise platforms and IT Service Management (ITSM). MBA or advanced business degree is a plus.
Preferred ServiceNow Module Experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas: IT Service Management (ITSM) IT Operations Management (ITOM) IT Asset Management (ITAM) Customer Service Management (CSM) Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
