Job Summary
Responsible for managing one or more construction activities of their tower ensuring timely project completion quality adherence and zero loss time injury/ accident.
1. | Ensuring & verification of execution as per method statement |
2. | Ensuring proper maintenance of checklists |
3. | Ensuring Quality and safety compliance |
4. | Slab checking |
5. | Study of drawings & raising RFI in case of discrepancy |
6. | Checking quantities with billing engineer and billing |
7. | Reconciliation of materials to be done with every bill |
8. | Co-ordination and follow up with contractor |
9. | Co-ordination with pre-engg team architect & consultants |
10. | Co-ordination with planning and preparing micro-schedule as per schedule |
11. | Conducting safety tool box meetings |
12. | Escalating critical issues to PM |
13. | Maintaining records for reason of delay and Poor quality |
14. | To hand over the final product to the facility department as per the expectations of the customer |
