About the Role
This position is ideal for professionals with experience in B2B sales lead generation and business development within digital marketing IT services or technology-driven organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify prospective clients across target industries and geographies.
Conduct outbound prospecting through emails LinkedIn cold calls and other channels to generate qualified leads.
Engage with key decision-makers to understand business challenges and identify potential opportunities.
Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for senior sales consultants.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activities in CRM systems.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize outreach campaigns and messaging.
Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market developments to improve prospecting strategies.
Consistently achieve lead generation meeting booking and pipeline growth targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
15 years of experience in B2B inside sales lead generation sales development or business development.
Prior experience in Digital Marketing IT Services SaaS or Technology Services sales is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.
Experience using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
Strong research prospecting and stakeholder engagement skills.
Self-driven target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to clients in the US Europe or other international markets.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator Lusha Apollo HubSpot Salesforce or similar sales tools.
Exposure to digital marketing services web development eCommerce solutions or technology consulting services.
