RPA Developer

Summary of Position:

We are seeking an experienced Developer to implement/work on enterprise solutions (existing/new) using Automation Anywhere Power Platform as per the industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background strategic mindset and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop test debug and maintain solutions using an Agile methodology.
• Expertise in working with databases including proficiency in understanding existing queries and writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience with OCR technologies like IQBOT document automation Document Intelligence.
• Contributes to the development of intelligent automation solutions for complex use cases including cognitive hyper automation and new age automations like Gen AI.
• Support initiatives for efficiency improvement including developing reusable components.
• Own the assigned activities and proactive on critical/priority activities without being asked. Ensure the closure without follow up from Business/Leads.
• Assist with operations and maintenance tasks including Bot updates incident management documentation and communication during business-impacting events.
• Be flexible in learning multiple Bots and solutions.
• Collaborate with business SMEs to gather requirements assess automation feasibility and deploy Intelligent Automation solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and peers to ensure service excellence and resolve issues effectively.
• Manage multiple tasks troubleshoot issues and support both short-term and long-term projects.
• Participate in project planning estimation risk management activities Bot documentation.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-7 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting solutions built with Automation Anywhere Microsoft Power Platform Python VB Scripts.
• Excellent skill in understanding the Code/Solution delivered by other developers/architect and making the necessary enhancements/fixes on timely/SLA basis.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking problem-solving abilities and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Prompt Engineering: Exposure in solving problems using Gen AI Prompting technique.
• SQL Skills: Strong in working with databases including proficiency in understanding existing queries and writing complex SQL queries.
• OCR Technologies: Experience with OCR technologies like IQBOT document automation Document Intelligence.
• Programming Skills: Python and working with APIs.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and concise interactions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders ensuring clarity and precision.
• Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams and contribute to shared goals.

Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
