Role Overview

We are looking for an experiencedSalesforce Data Cloud Developer / Consultantwith 8 years of overall IT/Salesforce experience and 3 years of hands-on experience inSalesforce Data Cloud. The candidate should have strong implementation experience across data ingestion data modeling identity resolution segmentation and activation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design configure and implementSalesforce Data Cloudsolutions.
• Configure Data Streams DLOs DMOs data mappings and data transformations.
• ImplementIdentity Resolutionand create unified customer profiles.
• Develop Calculated Insights and customer segments.
• Configure activation targets and activate customer data across Salesforce and external platforms.
• Integrate Data Cloud withSales Cloud Service Cloud MuleSoft APIs and external data sources.
• Troubleshoot data ingestion mapping identity resolution and activation issues.
• Collaborate with architects developers business stakeholders and US client teams.
• Participate in solution design deployment technical reviews and production support.

Mandatory Skills

• Should have8 years of overall IT/Salesforce experiencewith at least3 years of hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience.
• Should have strong hands-on experience inSalesforce Data Cloud implementation configuration and development.
• Should have practical experience withData Streams DLOs DMOs Data Mapping and Data Ingestion.
• Should have hands-on experience inIdentity Resolution and Unified Customer Profiles.
• Should have experience developingCalculated Insights Segmentation and Activation Targets.
• Should have experience integrating Data Cloud withSalesforce CRM and external systemsusing APIs connectors or MuleSoft.
• Should have a strong understanding ofSalesforce architecture data models data transformation and data governance.
• Should have strong troubleshooting skills forData Cloud ingestion transformation identity resolution and activation issues.
• Should have goodclient-facing communication skillsand be comfortable working with US clients.
