Job Summary

- Strong experience in software engineering data science machine learning analytics or automation with typically 610 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on proficiency in Python SQL or similar technologies and experience building scalable applications workflows data pipelines or AI solutions.
- Experience working with AI/ML technologies such as LLMs NLP predictive analytics agentic workflows Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) or related technologies.
- Ability to design build deploy and continuously improve production-grade solutions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex ambiguous business problems into clear and actionable solutions.
- Demonstrated curiosity and experimentation with emerging technologies and AI-enabled ways of working.
- Ability to balance innovation with practical delivery and business outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Ability to influence decision-making through data insights and effective storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of initiatives from concept through implementation and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments where priorities evolve and new opportunities emerge.
