BRIEF BACKGROUND

We cater to customers such as banks payment aggregators and fintech players who are ready to capture the emerging opportunities in this payments segment.

PURPOSE OF JOB

We are seeking a dynamic Solution & Project Manager to lead transit payment projects ensuring seamless delivery of payment solutions for transit operators. The role combines technical solutioning expertise with strong project management skills to drive success in large-scale transit programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Delivery

  • Define end-to-end payment solutions for transit systems (open loop closed loop EMV QR Contactless).
  • Collaborate with product technology and client teams to tailor solutions to customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards security protocols regulatory frameworks and scheme certification requirements
  • Lead the drafting review and approval of Functional Specification Documents for transit payment projects

Project Management

  • Lead planning execution and delivery of transit payment projects within scope time and budget.
  • Manage cross-functional teams vendors and stakeholders to achieve milestones.
  • Maintain project documentation and status repot

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
  • Conduct walkthrough session presentations and solution demonstrations for transit authorities and partners.

Quality & Compliance

  • Oversee testing and scheme certification milestones of the projects
  • Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS EMVCo and transit authority guidelines.

QUALIFICATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in project management with at least 4 years in transit payments or fintech.
  • Strong knowledge of payment technologies (EMV NFC QR Device L3 application AFC system ).
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects in public transport.
  • Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with AFC (Automated Fare Collection) systems.
  • Familiarity with APK and APIs.
  • Ability to manage multi-vendor environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
