Job Summary
Education: Bachelors in IT / CS/ Engineering
Role: IT Project Manager / Program Manager
Experience:- 12 Years
Establish govern and continuously improve project management standards frameworks tools and governance across the organization.
- Define and maintain project management methodologies templates policies and SOPs.
- Standardize project lifecycle management across business units.
- Maintain enterprise project portfolio dashboard.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value and risk.
- Track project health dependencies milestones and escalations.
- Conduct project audits and health checks.
- Manage PM tools such as Jira MS Project Smartsheet etc.
- Build executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Coach project managers on PM methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).
- Partner with leadership PMs business teams IT Finance and Operations.
- Lead PM maturity assessments and transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have Strong understanding of Project Mgt. methodologies and should possess
