Oversee and manage all aspects of the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.
Implement and refine production strategies to meet manufacturing goals and timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design quality control and maintenance to resolve production issues.
Monitor production output and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
Analyze production data to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction.
Train and guide production staff on best practices and new manufacturing techniques.
Perform quality checks and implement corrective actions to maintain high product standards.
Manage the utilization of CNC machinery and other production equipment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (.) in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in a Production Engineer role.
Proven experience in the Automobile or Auto Ancillary industry.
Strong knowledge and practical application of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery.
Expertise in automobile manufacturing processes and principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
