Job Summary
Role Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations coordinate with support staff and vendors maintain records and ensure smooth administrative functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of housekeeping staff office boys gardeners and security personnel.
- Maintain office records documentation and compliance-related files.
- Handle internal communication emails and vendor coordination.
- Manage office supplies procurement and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate office maintenance activities and vendor services.
- Prepare reports update administrative records and support documentation processes.
- Resolve day-to-day office administrative issues efficiently.
- Arrange meetings visitor management and conference room scheduling.
- Provide administrative support to management and operational teams.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Vendor and office coordination experience.
- Problem-solving and administrative management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in facility or office administration.
- Knowledge of inventory and procurement processes.
- Candidate residing in or around Coimbatore preferred.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of relevant office administration experience.
Education
- Any Bachelors Degree or relevant qualification.
