Key Responsibilities: Global Network Security Operations with managing Incidents and Requests on Palo Alto Firewall DNS DHCP Proxy (Zscaler and Netskope )
Cisco Duo MFA for RDP adds an additional layer of security to Windows Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) logins by requiring users to verify their identity using multi-factor authentication (MFA) after entering their Windows credentials. Once installed on a Windows system Duo prompts users for secondary authentication (e.g. Duo Push passcode phone call) before granting access via RDP
Management appliance for Cisco Firepower Firewalls" Cloud-based management platform for Cradlepoint Cellular Routers (that are connected to PA Prisma SD-WAN Gateways) providing WAN backup for 9 x large Prisma SD-WAN site appliances that do not have integrated Cellular Backup. | |
Key Performance Indicators: Firewall Implementation Resolution of Palo Alto Firewall DNS DHCP Proxy (Zscaler and Netskope ) Incidents and Requests to maintain high Network Availability for end users/ businesses

Functional Skills/Competencies: Good hands-on experience on Firewall technology particularly on Palo Alto (PCNSE Certified) Basic Knowledge on Network Routing and Switching
