MIS and Power BI Developer

• Generate reports and showcase them through dashboards as an individual contributor
• Manage MIS and Power BI reports across F&A process such as Order Management O2C P2P R2R and FP&A
• Ability to process reports from the CRM and showcase results
• Highlight performance gaps and create dashboards that will enable decision making and process changes in Operations
• MIS reporting by using Advance Excel Power BI & VBA (Macro) at Operational
• Create and share daily weekly monthly and quarterly reports of the SLAs KPIs and Operational Processes on time as per client requirements
• Deliver end products maintaining quick turnaround times and highest quality standards
• Implement practices and processes to improve operational efficiencies in generating & maintaining day to day MIS Data and updating the management

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years of experience with a strong educational background
• Proficiency in different Reporting tools. Preference to
  • MS Excel
  • MS PowerPoint
  • MS Power BI (Good to have)
• Strong interpersonal leadership and communication (verbal and written) skills to work cooperatively and constructively in a multi-cultural team environment
