Job Summary
As an Architectural Lighting Designer you will manage end-to-end design projects ensuring technical accuracy and creative excellence. You will stay at the forefront of lighting technology providing site commissioning support and ensuring all designs align with product specifications and project targets.
What we are looking for:

Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in AutoCAD Adobe Acrobat and DIALux Evo (calculation software).

Experience: Proven design experience with a proactive solutions-focused mindset.

Soft Skills: Ability to work autonomously manage time effectively and a desire to grow professionally under mentorship.

To ensure maximum overlap with our Australian headquarters we maintain a specific schedule:

Hours: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Off.

Note: A 7:30 AM start is a hard requirement.

Punctuality Policy: Arriving more than 15 minutes late on more than 3 days in a month will result in a half-day pay deduction.
