We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Associate Visual Designer to join our Digital Marketing team. Responsibilities:
- Design creative social media posts banners advertisements and other marketing materials.
- Develop visually appealing creatives while maintaining brand consistency.
- Create basic motion graphics and short promotional videos for digital campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand objectives and translate ideas into impactful visuals.
- Incorporate feedback and deliver high-quality designs within defined timelines.
- Stay updated with current design trends and social media best practices.
- Utilize AI design tools to improve design quality and productivity.
- Explore new AI-based creative tools and workflows to enhance content creation.
- Ensure all designs align with the companys visual identity and branding guidelines.
- Organize and maintain design assets for future use.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design Communication Design Visual Communication or a related design field.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography colour theory composition and layout.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Magnific AI Figma Canva Claude Design or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro or After Effects is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of creating graphics and short-form video content.
- Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing creatives.
- Strong creativity attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Candidates from recognized Design Institutes are preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing academic or personal design projects is mandatory.
