Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Development: Assist in designing and configuring catalog items flows business rules client scripts UI policies and UI actions.
- Module Support: Help implement and maintain core modules like Incident Change Problem and Request Management.
- System Maintenance: Support CMDB updates data imports and integration maintenance using REST API or SOAP.
- Testing & Debugging: Participate in testing cycles code reviews and help troubleshoot platform issues.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical design specifications functional specifications and user documentation.
Qualifications :
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Programming: Proficiency in JavaScript HTML and CSS.
- Foundational Knowledge: Understanding of SaaS platforms ITIL frameworks and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Certifications: Completion of foundational training or holding a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is highly desired.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
